Thanks for that Diana. There are many types of fuel. It's a pity that most of the bad ones taste so damn good isn't it?

Yes Ed it does. I have oats every morning for the low-GI and cholesterol reducing properties. I am also starting on adding brewers yeast as using brewer’s yeast daily as a supplement to your healthy diet can improve the following conditions:

    * Diabetes
    * Hypoglycemia
    * High cholesterol
    * Eczema
    * Nervousness
    * Stress
    * Carpal tunnel
    * Anemia
    * Fatigue
    * Constipation
    * Repels fleas when given to household pets

If you use brewer’s yeast to help control diabetes, be sure you get the type that has not gone through the debittering process. The nutrient in the yeast that helps with diabetes is chromium, the supplement that is removed during debittering. Chromium is also the part of the yeast that helps lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and raise HDL (good) cholesterol. The chromium in brewer’s yeast is more bio-available, allowing the body to use it more effectively than the type found in supplements.

Hi! Thanks for the wonderful information.

I like the ideas of Fat Burning Furnace. I practice diet slimming by eating what I love to it and at the same time reduce weight. The food I choose is low calories, low fat and minimize cab.

I agree with the water and fiber. I've been touting that for years. Fiber is filling and helps to cleans fat from the blood stream and digestive system. Nice blog!

I like the water and fiber idea-This is just obvious but many skip it anyhow but I found the fat loss for idiots most interesting because food is fuel. There are many types of fuel but for top performance The right fuel in the right quantity makes sense.

Add some water and fiber and you should be good to go.
